Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the investment management or financial services sector.
- In-depth knowledge of IBOR and ABOR concepts and their relevance in data integration.
- Familiarity with PDR or comparable data repositories.
- Understanding of the Aladdin platform and associated client data feed processes.
- Proficient in data analysis, mapping, and validation techniques.
- Comfortable working with transactions, security master, and holdings data in asset management.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with global stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and creating comprehensive business documentation.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, assess, and document requirements for data integration into PDR.
- Work alongside data engineering and technology teams to establish functional requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Differentiate between IBOR and ABOR data to guarantee correct usage in data feeds.
- Analyze and validate transaction, security master, and holdings information across diverse asset classes.
- Assist in the development of data feeds into Aladdin, maintaining accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery.
- Define workflows, business rules, and use cases to streamline data automation processes.
- Partner with Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing teams to formulate test cases and validate solutions.
- Serve as a liaison between business users, operations, and technical teams.
- Prepare documentation for business processes, functional specifications, and user stories.
Description
We are embarking on an initiative to enhance the integration of data from PGIM Fixed Income, PGIM Private Capital, and PGIM Real Estate into PDR. This integration will facilitate transactions, security master, and holdings data, aimed at improving data delivery efficiency to provide clients with timely T+1 updates directly from the original sources. Our team is committed to ensuring the correct differentiation between IBOR and ABOR data, supporting the seamless generation of feeds for the Aladdin client instance.
