Requirements
Must:
- Minimum one year of experience in IT support or a related field
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and server environments
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, and DHCP
- Experience with hardware such as PCs, servers, and network equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction
- Capability to perform physical tasks related to installations
- Valid drivers license with a clean motor vehicle record
- Availability during scheduled business hours, including possible weekends for installations
- Willingness to travel out-of-state for onsite installations, when necessary
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues
- Maintain and manage networks and servers
- Install and configure hardware and software as needed
- Provide technical support over the phone and onsite
- Communicate effectively with customers to foster strong relationships
- Handle installations that may require physical effort, including lifting and carrying equipment
- Utilize hand and power tools for installations
- Drive to client locations using a company van or personal vehicle, as required
- Be dependable and available during scheduled hours
- Document and manage installations and support tasks
