- Over 10 years of advanced IT program and project management experience in enterprise settings.
- Experience managing ERP programs with systems such as SAP, Oracle, or QAD.
- Proven success in leading both software development and infrastructure modernization projects.
- In-depth knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and hybrid project approaches.
- Strong technical insight into cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and contemporary integration technologies.
- Expertise in vendor management, contract negotiation, and Statement of Work (SOW) development.
- Familiarity with ITIL, ServiceNow, and enterprise-level change management practices.
- Proficient with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Project.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Certifications such as PMP, CSM, SAFe, or ITIL are strongly preferred.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree is preferred).

Responsibilities
- I will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent technical projects.
- I will develop comprehensive project and program roadmaps, defining scope, allocating resources, budgeting, and managing risks.
- I will design and drive ERP, application, and infrastructure projects (familiar with SAP, Oracle, QAD, Azure, or similar environments).
- I will manage a variety of projects simultaneously, with budgets ranging from $3M to $5M.
- I will implement governance frameworks to ensure compliance with PMO and ITIL best practices.
- I will collaborate closely with C-suite executives, business stakeholders, and technical teams to align projects with strategic goals.
- I will manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and third-party partners, including negotiation and performance oversight.
- I will oversee hybrid (Agile/Waterfall) delivery frameworks.
- I will advocate for best practices in software lifecycle management (SDLC), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps collaboration.
- I will drive systems integration, upgrades, and modernization efforts across enterprise applications and infrastructure platforms.
- I will oversee change management initiatives and support the adoption of new systems, software releases, and emerging technologies.
- I will ensure financial governance for programs with budgets ranging from $5M to $10M+, ensuring delivery within scope and on time.
- I will prepare executive dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate progress, key performance indicators, and value delivery.
