- A minimum of 10 years of advancing IT program and project management experience in enterprise settings.
- Extensive experience in ERP program management with systems such as SAP, Oracle, or QAD.
- Demonstrated experience in leading software development and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and hybrid project frameworks.
- Strong technical expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and modern integration technologies.
- Proficient in vendor management, contract negotiation, and Statement of Work (SOW) development.
- Familiarity with ITIL, ServiceNow, and enterprise-level change management practices.
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Project.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Relevant certifications, such as PMP, CSM, SAFe, or ITIL, are highly desirable.
- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Masters is preferred).

Responsibilities
- I will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent technical projects.
- I will develop detailed project and program roadmaps that include scope definition, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management.
- I will blueprint and facilitate ERP, application, and infrastructure projects (such as SAP, Oracle, QAD, Azure, or similar environments).
- I will manage several projects simultaneously, with budgets ranging from $3M to $5M.
- I will implement governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with PMO and ITIL best practices.
- I will collaborate closely with C-suite executives, business stakeholders, and technical teams to align projects with strategic goals.
- I will oversee cross-functional teams, vendors, and third-party partners while managing negotiations and performance oversight.
- I will supervise hybrid (Agile/Waterfall) delivery frameworks.
- I will champion best practices in the software development lifecycle (SDLC), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps collaboration.
- I will drive system integrations, upgrades, and modernization efforts across enterprise applications and infrastructure platforms.
- I will oversee change management initiatives and support the adoption of new systems, software releases, and emerging technologies.
- I will ensure financial governance for programs with budgets exceeding $5M, delivering them within scope and on schedule.
- I will create executive dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate progress, KPIs, and value delivery.
