- Previous experience in cash handling, team participation, and customer service roles
- Professional demeanor and ethical presentation
- Proficiency in handling cash and utilizing a point-of-sale system efficiently
- Professional assessment of work-related issues with non-biased judgment
- Ensure the safety and security of guests and team members
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a 10-year background check in accordance with TSA regulations
- Basic food preparation skills or a strong willingness to learn
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet customers, take orders with precision, and provide outstanding service
- Professionally address work-related issues and apply honest judgment in decision-making
- Ensure the safety and security of all guests and staff
- Complete food preparation tasks according to established protocols
- Accurately manage cash transactions and utilize the POS system, ensuring the cash drawer remains balanced throughout the shift
- Maintain a clean, organized work station and comply with food safety guidelines
- Possess thorough knowledge of the menu and prepare food items in line with customer preferences, ensuring quality and presentation
- Collaborate effectively with team members for seamless operations
- Handle customer concerns promptly and escalate issues to management when needed
- Restock supplies and guarantee proper inventory management
- Follow Mission Yogurts policies regarding safety, sanitation, and cleanliness
