Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Masters degree or MBA is a plus
- Over 3 years of previous Product Management experience is essential
- Experience in Industrial B2B Marketing with technical products is required
- Background in a global organization is an advantage
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in presenting information to management and customers effectively
- Capability to prioritize tasks and operate independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic setting
- Experience with CRM campaigns is advantageous (Salesforce preferred)
- Skilled in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Responsibilities
- Oversee all elements of the product portfolio, collaborating with Product Development engineers and Sales to launch new products and convey effective messaging
- Provide metrics to Sales and design/manage strategic product campaigns for both new and existing products
- Engage directly with customers and Sales for feedback regarding the product portfolio; convert that feedback into strategic business plans for core product lines
- Manage pricing strategies across brands and oversee targeted promotional activities across various sales channels
- Collaborate with the Marketing Communications Team to ensure products are accurately represented across all sales platforms: digital, print, video, and other media forms; maintain project budgets and timelines
- Conduct competitive intelligence and data analysis for the product portfolio globally, collecting information on competitive pricing and key products
- Tailor established market strategies (USA) and emerging market approaches (EMEA/Asia/Latin America) to fit market maturity
- Present insights and recommendations regarding the product portfolio to the Management team
- Aid in developing new training content for all Sales channels relevant to the product portfolio
- Participate in field testing and customer feedback initiatives; attend trade shows and brand-building activities as necessary
- Undertake additional duties as assigned
