Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Experience with manufacturing enterprise systems (specifically JobBoss - ERP, Paperless Parts – Quoting, and CRM)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with databases, networks, and system architecture
- Experience with business analysis tools and methodologies
- Proficiency in report writing and dashboard technologies
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Capability to manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines
- Knowledge of cybersecurity practices (preferred)
- Experience in data analysis or reporting tools (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various application providers to ensure full integration and utilization of applications in line with METs operational needs
- Assess current IT systems and processes to identify potential improvements
- Collect and document both business and technical requirements
- Design and implement IT solutions tailored to organizational needs
- Work in tandem with developers, project managers, and stakeholders
- Troubleshoot system issues and offer technical support
- Maintain thorough documentation of systems, workflows, and procedures
- Monitor system performance and suggest enhancements or upgrades
- Ensure data security, integrity, and policy compliance
- Assist in testing new systems and software updates
