Requirements
Must:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Advanced education in IT or Computer Science is advantageous
- Minimum of 6 months of relevant professional experience
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment
- Proficient in managing multiple priorities with varying urgency
- Strong attention to detail for data accuracy
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- High technical proficiency with meticulous attention to detail
- Self-motivated and capable of learning basic scripting or coding skills such as Excel VBA, Python, or Java
Responsibilities
- Analyze, test, and maintain electronic data interchange files and systems
- Ensure timely delivery of data files and client connections
- Troubleshoot and resolve data transfer issues
- Perform daily and weekly data transfer and load processes to portals/SFTP
- Generate data sets using reporting tools in accordance with established processes
- Investigate and resolve file transfer exceptions, identifying root causes and solutions
- Suggest and implement workflow or system improvements
- Maintain and create documentation for both new and existing processes
- Collaborate with business teams to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Uphold a high level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned
