IT Support Engineer - Windows & Networking

- Offer daily operational support for hardware, software, network, and various technological components in both a manufacturing and office setting - Provide exceptional customer service - Act as the escalation point for more complex issues - Efficiently support remote users - Contribute to the formulation and review of policies and standard operating procedures - Oversee hardware and software configurations while maintaining system documentation - Identify, troubleshoot, and coordinate the resolution of user issues and software/equipment errors reported by users or alarm systems - Manage equipment deliveries, installations, software licensing compliance, inventory, and asset oversight - Log, track, and prioritize support requests within the designated ticketing system, elevating tickets as necessary to guarantee customer satisfaction - Communicate clearly, professionally, and courteously in person, via phone, and in written correspondence - Assist in developing a knowledgebase for frequently asked questions and technical advice - Provide extended support during off-hours as needed in critical situations, possibly participating in an after-hours on-call rotation - Balance planned tasks alongside daily responsibilities - Uphold the confidentiality and security of sensitive company information
