Requirements
Must:
- 4+ years of experience in UX Research focused on digital products
- Strong understanding of both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Ability to empower cross-functional teams in utilizing UX best practices
- Proficient in selecting appropriate methods and techniques for unique insights in fast-paced settings
- Familiarity with the design process, from discovery through evaluation
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders to understand user needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey research findings
- Adaptability to enhance as our products evolve
- Curiosity about human behavior and user motivations
- Experience in complex business environments and working with diverse teams
Responsibilities
- Partner with UX Team, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Customer Success to enhance product experience
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary product team on a daily basis
- Support product discovery utilizing established research practices
- Employ varied technical skills, including survey and experiment design
- Work alongside Senior team members to shape long-term product strategy
- Actively engage in experiments to validate hypotheses and assumptions
- Facilitate collaborative ideation workshops with product team members
- Conduct both qualitative and quantitative research to inform design decisions
- Become an expert on user needs through continuous iteration and testing
- Present research findings effectively through storytelling
- Advocate for UX best practices within the organization
