Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in SQL Development, Reporting Tools, or Database Administration
- Extensive experience with MS SQL Server, IBM DB2, Oracle, MySQL, or Microsoft Access
- Advanced capabilities in Excel
- Knowledge of Power BI reporting and query tools for ad-hoc analysis
- Strong technical documentation skills
- IT support experience is essential
- Ability to diagnose and act upon alerts
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Strong customer service mindset
- Capability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks
- Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to recommend improvements for existing processes
- Experience handling high-volume data
- Availability for on-call rotation
- Critical thinking and a sense of ownership in peer reviews
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Desired ETL (Export, Transform, Load) experience
- Experience in the healthcare or retail pharmacy industry is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance to support the 340BArchitect
- Assist installers with any questions or challenges they face before and during the go-live phase
- Resolve various data-related issues
- Analyze potential solutions using discretion and knowledge of procedures
- Generate ad-hoc analysis reports as needed
- Address situations where support teams cannot resolve issues regarding data, settings, or software implementation; may involve customer escalations
- Configure file import and export specifications while managing data imports and export error logs
- Respond to complex inquiries from internal customers about product features and capabilities
