Requirements
Must:
- Typically requires 4+ years of experience in software development focusing on Spring Boot and React
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong practical engineering expertise with Java, Spring Boot, HTML/CSS/JS, RDBMS, REST, and GraphQL
- Foundational understanding of HTTP, cookies, sessions, AJAX, and browser behavior
- Familiarity with Elastic, Redis, React, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, and Python
- Knowledge of the MCP Protocol and RAG-based AI agents
- Exposure to LLM Agent connectivity via APIs
- Familiarity with Kafka, change data capture, and data replication processes is a plus
- Understanding of microservices architectures
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
- Awareness of performance tuning and optimization strategies
- Knowledge of security practices and industry compliance standards
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and ongoing maintenance of scalable microservices using Spring Boot and React
- Contribute to the architecture and design of new features and improvements that align with business goals and technical standards
- Utilize generative AI and emerging technologies throughout the software development lifecycle to enhance development outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate our platform with ERP systems, data warehouses, and other critical applications
- Work with product management to refine feature requirements and specifications
- Advocate for best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration
- Support the implementation of AI-based testing frameworks and automated code reviews
- Conduct performance tuning to ensure the platforms high availability and scalability
- Implement security best practices to safeguard sensitive data and ensure compliance
- Mentor junior engineers and promote knowledge sharing within the team
