Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), financial systems analysis, or similar roles in large, complex organizations.
- Advanced skills in financial modeling, data analytics, and Excel; Power BI experience is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Demonstrated capability to drive process innovations and manage change in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) in planning, budgeting, and reporting is preferred (minimum of 2 full lifecycle implementations needed).
- Familiarity with other FP&A tools such as SAP BPC, Oracle EPM, or Hyperion is beneficial.
- Experience in managing projects related to finance systems implementations.
- Background in healthcare or working within large enterprise settings is advantageous.
- Technical experience utilizing Agile methodologies is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the implementation and maintenance of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
- Foster strong partnerships with finance, IT, and business unit stakeholders while participating in cross-functional teams for adoption and ongoing enhancement.
- Advocate for change management initiatives and standardize FP&A data models to unify planning processes across business units.
- Identify and facilitate opportunities for process and system enhancements to adapt to evolving finance reporting requirements.
- Ensure data integrity, oversee master data management, and manage data ingestion processes for FP&A systems.
- Provide training to users on SAC functionalities and analytics, along with ongoing support and troubleshooting for business users.
