Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience - At least 7 years of relevant experience in product, data strategy, innovation, or engineering roles - Proven track record of leading cross-functional product development initiatives - Familiarity with digital product development and Agile methodologies - Exposure to the healthcare sector or regulated industries is preferred - Strong strategic thinking and multi-year vision for data architecture - Excellent problem-solving abilities with the capacity to break down complex issues into manageable requirements - Solid business acumen to prioritize data-related decisions based on impact - Ability to navigate ambiguity and foster clarity in fast-paced environments - Proficiency in collaboration tools (such as Agentic AI, Microsoft Copilot, Miro, Jira, Databricks) - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Intermediate to advanced SQL proficiency; Python knowledge is a bonus - Experience with BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Tableau, Hex) - Strong analytical skills and a history of delivering customer-focused data solutions - Familiarity with product analytics and experimentation practices

Responsibilities

- Drive AI-first execution of digital product initiatives from conception through pilot and MVP launch - Develop and uphold thorough data documentation aligned with compliance standards (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.) - Monitor project milestones and actively identify and communicate potential risks or delays - Document and report on project outcomes and key learnings - Exhibit SQL proficiency to write complex queries, identify data quality issues, and assess query performance - Possess a deep understanding of data modeling, normalization techniques, and analytics schema design - Demonstrate familiarity with modern data platforms, particularly Databricks - Conduct exploratory data analyses to identify trends and opportunities for monetization - Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product-supporting data requirements - Outline and document comprehensive data flows for MVPs, detailing data sources and transformations - Team up with product managers to design, execute, and interpret experiments using Databricks - Present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, simplifying complex data into actionable insights - Facilitate teamwork among product, strategy, operations, analytics, and engineering teams - Schedule and lead collaborative sessions, stand-ups, and stakeholder updates - Serve as the main contact for assigned innovation projects, ensuring alignment between business and technical goals - Support the development of business cases that justify investments in innovation initiatives - Transform business needs into clear technical specifications while ensuring alignment across teams - Leverage appropriate AI-powered technologies to enhance efficiency and expedite product-market fit - Utilize structured innovation frameworks such as design thinking, lean startup, and agile methodologies - Navigate situations with unclear ownership with confidence and adaptability - Prepare and share updates with internal stakeholders on project status and outcomes - Assist in developing presentation materials for leadership reviews - Engage with business units, customers, and partners to gather feedback and refine concepts
