Requirements
Must:
- Typically requires 2 to 5 years of experience in full stack software development with a focus on Java, Spring Boot, and React.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong hands-on engineering expertise with Java, Spring Boot, HTML/CSS/JS, RDBMS, REST, GraphQL, and Git.
- Foundational understanding of HTTP, cookies, sessions, AJAX, and browser functionality.
- Familiarity with Elastic, Redis, React, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, and Python.
- Awareness of the MCP Protocol and RAG-based AI agents.
- Exposure to LLM Agent connectivity via APIs.
- Familiarity with Kafka, change data capture, and data replication is considered advantageous.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture principles.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD processes.
- Awareness of performance tuning and optimization techniques.
- Understanding of security best practices and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior engineers to design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices utilizing Spring Boot and React.
- Assist in the architecture and design of new features, ensuring they align with business goals and technical standards.
- Utilize AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) for code generation, documentation, and unit testing.
- Work with interdisciplinary teams to integrate our platform with ERP systems, data warehouses, and other critical applications.
- Partner with product management to refine feature requirements and specifications.
- Engage in code reviews and team learning sessions to enhance technical skills.
- Implement software development best practices including testing and continuous integration.
- Conduct basic performance tuning and optimization to improve platform scalability.
- Apply security measures to safeguard sensitive data and ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Leverage Microsoft Copilot to enhance coding efficiency while ensuring compliance with project requirements.
