- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders and Analysts to capture and document business processes and needs. - Convert documented requirements into actionable Salesforce solutions. - Design and implement Salesforce solutions utilizing declarative tools such as Flows, Process Builder, and Reports. - Manage the complete solution design and configuration process employing Salesforce best practices. - Oversee the implementation of enhancements and new functionalities within the Salesforce application suite, prioritizing declarative solutions. - Provide training and assistance to end users on Salesforce and associated sales and marketing technology tools. - Collaborate with technical resources and internal stakeholders to address status updates and technical challenges while offering creative solutions to meet business needs. - Apply Salesforce best practices for release management and transition modifications from sandboxes to production environments. - Create and update documentation on business processes, requirements, and application configurations. - Identify system inefficiencies, troubleshoot operational challenges, and seek opportunities for enhancements. - Support the governance model by collaborating closely with system partners to ensure minimal disruption across the Salesforce instance. - Stay informed about Salesforce updates, features, and industry trends to suggest proactive improvements. - Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and change management initiatives. - Collaborate on cross-cloud projects as necessary.
