Requirements
Must:
- Degree or equivalent with typically 10+ years of relevant experience
- Over 10 years of professional experience in progressive technical product management roles, ideally focused on data, analytics, and AI
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, agile practices, and digital transformation
- Solid grasp of modern digital architectures, AI/ML product development processes, APIs, cloud services, data ecosystems, and software development methodologies
- Proven capability to work with and influence matrixed teams
- Demonstrated ability to build financial business cases and justify product investments
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Hands-on experience in the healthcare sector (particularly oncology) or in regulated environments is advantageous
- Familiarity with financial modeling
- Optional but beneficial: experience with oncology or healthcare revenue cycle management
- Additional certifications such as Certified Product Manager (CPM), Scrum Master, SAFe, etc., are optional but beneficial
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, MBA in Finance, or relevant fields preferred
Responsibilities
- Own and develop the product roadmap for AI in O&M Finance, ensuring it aligns with business strategies and quantifiable financial outcomes
- Turn ambiguous business challenges into clearly defined project charters, success metrics, user stories, and technical specifications
- Lead ideation, discovery sessions, and workshops focused on continuous improvement and identifying new automation and AI prospects
- Oversee AI initiatives, ensuring each use case has defined scope, value hypotheses, delivery readiness criteria, and post-launch success metrics
- Prioritize competing initiatives by balancing business value, feasibility, effort, and risk
- Define and refine the technical implementation roadmap in collaboration with data science and engineering teams
- Collaborate closely with analytics and engineering teams to ensure alignment with architectural standards and feasibility
- Engage in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives to ensure timely project delivery
- Maintain sufficient technical expertise in AI/ML concepts, data pipelines, APIs, and cloud platforms to direct solution design
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders across business units, data, advanced analytics, engineering, and leadership to align on product goals
- Use immediate customer feedback to guide the prioritization of current product features and new developments
- Support customer discovery and usability tests to inform product strategies
- Manage program financials, including budget compliance and ROI evaluations
- Track project KPI metrics, risks, and resource distribution; provide progress updates to leadership
- Communicate risks, progress, and dependencies to cross-functional teams and executives
- Develop and share product roadmaps, decision logs, and technical justifications for transparency and alignment
- Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including technical specs, release notes, and user manuals
