Must:

Responsibilities
- Support a diverse team and deliver comprehensive data insights to resolve complex business issues utilizing advanced analytics.
- Collaborate closely with fellow Data Engineers and Scientists to achieve project objectives.
- Integrate into the PSAS Business Unit data engineering team to enhance data-driven insights.
- Coordinate with program managers and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and model evaluation criteria.
- Utilize tools and resources to strategize, assess, and implement initiatives effectively.
- Exercise strong delegation and management skills to ensure timely and high-quality work from internal and external partners, including multi-shore teams.
- Continuously refine and optimize business processes, addressing technical debt across the data landscape.
- Provide data engineering and analytics support as needed.
- Embrace automation and a mindset geared towards enterprise reusability, developing architectural solutions and fostering team consensus.
- Collaborate across Agile teams to design, build, test, implement, and support technical solutions involving a comprehensive suite of data technologies and processes.
- Enforce data governance standards in cooperation with business stakeholders, advocacy bodies, and solution teams to promote data literacy and democratization throughout the organization.
- Create scalable, reliable engineering solutions for efficient data movement across various systems from diverse internal and external sources, both in batch and real-time formats.
- Analyze structured data, implementing and scaling algorithms using advanced statistical and mathematical methods, utilizing distributed and parallel programming techniques.
- Maintain robust knowledge of infrastructure technology and comprehend public and private cloud concepts such as SaaS, PaaS, DaaS, and IaaS, with experience in infrastructure automation (IaC).
- Monitor and tune performance for various software components related to data science analytical solutions and RESTful web services.
- Familiarity with large database mining tools and statistical languages for enhancing analytical approaches, specifically experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, PySpark, Analytical SQL, Splunk, Alation, R, and Python. Experience with SAP and IBM DataStage is also valuable.
- Present findings and educate others through detailed reports and presentations.
