Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud)
- Competence in enhancing Salesforce functionality using declarative development (custom objects, validation rules, layouts, Flows, etc.)
- Proficiency in coding with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL
- Familiarity with integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines is advantageous
- Proficient in utilizing IDEs for Salesforce development, such as VS Code with Salesforce plugin and CLI
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Actively engage in Agile/SAFe processes like daily stand-ups and sprint planning
- Experience with AI tools for code generation (e.g., GitHub Copilot)

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications utilizing Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flows

- Support the integration of Salesforce with other systems via APIs and middleware
- Utilize AI-driven Salesforce tools like Agentforce, Einstein GPT, and predictive analytics to enhance user experience

- Diagnose and resolve issues concerning Salesforce functionality, performance, and data integrity
- Document system configurations, development processes, and user guides
