Requirements
Must:
- 1-2+ years of experience in IT customer service support
- At least 1 year of IT/Networking experience in VLSI and multiplatform systems
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Microsoft SSRS / SQL report writing
- Strong analytical skills to investigate and address problems effectively
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing basic LAN networks and components
- Computer skills in MS Office, including MS Access, Excel, SQL Servers, and Windows 7/10
- Familiarity with SQL Server Reporting Services and basic SQL querying
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Demonstrated customer service excellence in a dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Support the maintenance of IT systems in an Automated Refill Center
- Collaborate with onsite customers to fulfill IT-specific requirements
- Analyze reports, records, and directives to gather essential data for planning
- Develop fresh methods for delivering performance analytics of systems
- Review existing procedures and implement enhancements for departmental goals
- Construct and maintain reporting structures in SQL per customer requests
- Cooperate with vendors to manage and support various software systems
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain computer networks and peripherals
- Participate in preventive maintenance activities for IT hardware and servers
- Assist the maintenance team with troubleshooting mechanical and automated systems
