Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive IT experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing context.
- Radius ERP experience is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated history of leading system implementations, business process reengineering, and data analysis projects.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft technologies, database concepts, and familiarity with Windows/Linux server environments.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Masters degree or relevant certifications (CBAP, PMP) preferred.
- Exceptional ability to convey complex technical ideas to diverse audiences and influence decision-making at senior levels.
- Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 4-8 weeks annually).
- Proficiency in multiple languages (English required; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus).
Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive analysis, design, and execution of business systems to meet evolving enterprise needs and long-term growth targets.
- Spearhead ERP implementations for new MCC facilities, ensuring smooth integration and compliance with best practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional leaders to outline intricate requirements and translate them into functional specifications, influencing system architecture decisions.
- Apply advanced data and process analysis methods to identify systemic inefficiencies and propose innovative enhancements that increase productivity and scalability.
- Configure, oversee, and govern assigned business systems, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
- Create and deliver advanced training programs, user manuals, and change management strategies to facilitate the successful adoption of new systems and processes.
- Manage multiple high-impact projects, carefully balancing scope, timelines, and budgets while addressing risks and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
- Supervise complex data migration tasks and design sophisticated reporting solutions; proficiency in SQL or similar tools is strongly preferred.
- Act as a senior-level bridge between business units and IT development teams for custom solutions, integrations, and automation projects.
- Advocate for best practices in system management, user support, and process enhancement to uphold MCCs competitive advantage.
