Requirements
Must:
- 10 years of experience in developing data and analytics, preferably as a requirements analyst, product owner, or product manager.
- Proven analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong passion for product management and delivery, with the ability to inspire leaders and stakeholders regarding data and analytics vision.
- Exceptional relationship-building and collaboration skills.
- Experience with modern data analytics platforms, ideally Snowflake, Matillion, and Power BI.
- Background in global manufacturing or the print industry.
- Bachelors degree, preferably in Computer Science.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to determine business goals, maintain product roadmaps, and prioritize the backlog.
- Oversee the lifecycle of data products.
- Advocate for data quality, lineage, and compliance standards.
- Support and guide both internal and vendor development teams.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users, including sharing best practices.
- Work alongside power users to create and track usage metrics and encourage adoption.
- Engage actively in enhancing data and analytics maturity.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies.
- Aid in managing platform and delivery vendors, remaining informed of platform advancements and identifying opportunities to implement new features.
