Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of three years of experience in creating and supporting Esko stepping and imposition solutions within a print or graphics manufacturing setting.
- Proven experience in workflow automation using Automation Engine and mark-set development with Artpro.
- Familiarity with Phoenix software is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software.
- Knowledge of graphics technology tools such as Esko Automation Engine, Hybrid Cloudflow, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Understanding of scripting languages, including Javascript and SQL.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Eagerness to learn and engage with technology.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute automated stepping and imposition solutions to lessen operator intervention, decrease errors, and enhance artwork processing efficiency for printing.
- Provide support for related servers and system setups, including installation, patches, updates, and management of new versions.
- Deliver helpdesk support to ensure graphics systems remain operational at both user and system levels.
- Travel onsite as necessary to finalize assigned projects, with travel expectations of approximately two weeks annually, subject to supervisor approval.
- Uphold and maintain IT documentation, policies, and procedures.
- Exemplify corporate values and principles in daily work activities.
