Requirements
Must:
- 3+ years of experience in project management or coordination
- Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle and best practices
- Knowledge of IT implementation methodologies
- Familiarity with quality management techniques to ensure successful project delivery
- Proficient in allocating resources effectively across project phases and monitoring performance
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelors degree or a relevant combination of education and experience
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of multiple managed services engagements involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, CE, Power Platform, and Data & AI
- Serve as a primary liaison between clients and MCA Connect delivery teams, ensuring clarity on priorities, response expectations, and delivery schedules
- Manage the transition of projects from the implementation team to Managed Services
- Develop and maintain a high-level project plan for each client, outlining necessary tasks for timely solution completion
- Regularly engage with clients to gather feedback and obtain approvals throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure the project team is informed of critical deliverables and milestones
- Track time spent on both billable and non-billable activities consistently
- Employ exceptional prioritization, time management, and project documentation skills
- Proactively communicate project status to client leaders, MCA Connect management, and stakeholders via status reports and daily communications
- Collaborate effectively with technical team members to meet project objectives
- Implement project management best practices as aligned with PMI guidelines and MCA Connect standards
