Requirements
Must:
- Proven hands-on experience with PeopleSoft FSCM (GL, AP, AR, AM, Procurement)
- Demonstrated expertise in business process analysis and functional configuration
- Experience in drafting Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and test scripts
- Familiarity with PS Query, nVision, and financial reporting tools
- Knowledge of Integration Broker and interface coordination
- Strong grasp of accounting principles and financial workflows
- Experience leading functional workstreams in enterprise implementations
- Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Capacity to work independently in a dynamic environment
- Established history of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
Responsibilities
- Lead the functional design and implementation of PeopleSoft FSCM modules, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Management, Purchasing, eProcurement, and Billing
- Conduct sessions for requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and business process workshops
- Transform business needs into Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and solution specifications
- Configure ChartFields, Ledgers, Business Units, SetIDs, and Approval Workflow (AWE)
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, customizations, reporting, and data conversion activities
- Support the design of interfaces, including bank integrations, third-party systems, and file-based interfaces
- Oversee System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing cycles
- Provide ongoing production support, troubleshoot functional issues, and conduct root cause analysis
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial processing activities
- Ensure adherence to financial controls, audit requirements, and enterprise security policies
- Mentor junior analysts and offer functional leadership within project teams
- Work closely with stakeholders to enhance Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
- Drive initiatives for continuous improvement and propose system enhancements
