Senior Enterprise Architect - Cloud & Integration

- Develop, publish, and maintain enterprise reference architectures, standards, and architectural patterns. - Lead modernization projects to transition legacy applications to cloud-native or hybrid solutions. - Design and oversee secure integrations with enterprise platforms like Salesforce, Appian, Azure, and other core systems. - Architect scalable and secure cloud solutions in accordance with Commonwealth security frameworks, federal regulations, and industry best practices. - Collaborate with agency and business stakeholders to ensure architectural alignment with strategic goals and citizen engagement needs. - Provide technical leadership, architectural oversight, and solution guidance to development teams and project managers. - Define and promote enterprise data interoperability strategies while ensuring compliance with data protection, retention, and regulatory policies. - Research, evaluate, and recommend emerging technologies to enhance service delivery, reporting, and operational efficiency. - Maintain comprehensive architecture documentation, standards, roadmaps, and future-state diagrams. - Communicate complex architectural concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Support architecture governance by reviewing, validating, and approving solution architectures for enterprise compliance. - Develop business capability models and ensure technology roadmaps are aligned with strategic, operational, and regulatory objectives. - Collaborate across business, application, data, and infrastructure domains to deliver integrated enterprise solutions. - Influence without direct authority, serving as a trusted advisor to IT leadership and cross-functional partners.
