Senior Business Analyst - Child Welfare Systems

- Collect, examine, and document business and technical requirements for the upcoming child welfare case management system - Lead stakeholder workshops and requirements sessions with agency personnel, judicial partners, community providers, and federal parties - Perform organizational readiness evaluations to equip the agency for system transitions and implementations - Assess current business processes and propose enhancements and redesign initiatives - Create planning deliverables, recommendations, and execution strategies to facilitate system funding and development - Transform research findings and stakeholder insights into structured documents and reports for agency leadership - Collaborate with diverse teams including business analysts, project managers, developers, and change management experts - Develop comprehensive requirements documentation detailing scope, timeline, and functional necessities - Direct requirements gathering sessions and review work outputs for quality and thoroughness - Provide updates on project status and progress reports to internal and executive stakeholders - Present findings and updates in briefings to senior and executive leadership - Conduct research and assist with special project initiatives related to the agencys case management modernization strategy - Ensure high standards of quality for deliverables and documentation across project tasks - Utilize Microsoft software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, and MS Project for analysis and documentation
