Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience
- Over 5 years of experience in software testing and automation
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of testing methodologies including black box, white box, system, functional, exploratory, and automated testing
- Ability to quickly grasp complex business and technical issues
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium and/or Appium
- Proven track record in creating detailed test plans and cases for bespoke software
- Experience in testing web applications, APIs, and data-driven applications
- Strong background in designing and executing automated test suites
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
- Experience in an Agile development environment
- Knowledge of cloud-based platforms and services
- Strong SQL coding and debugging capabilities
- Familiarity with service-oriented architectures is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain test cases and plans for proprietary enterprise software solutions
- Create, construct, and maintain automated testing suites to ensure software reliability and quality
- Conduct functional, exploratory, user acceptance, and automated testing throughout the software development lifecycle
- Apply robust engineering standards and best practices in software testing and automation
- Assist and mentor QA team members, supporting User Acceptance Testing and issue triage
- Contribute to testing initiatives across the entire application stack (backend, database, frontend, and UI)
- Collaboratively engage with business partners, product owners, and technical teams in an agile setting
- Support rapid delivery while ensuring quality, security, and stability

In this hybrid role, you will work onsite three days per week. We offer a collaborative environment where you will closely partner with various teams including Engineering, DevOps, and Information Security.
