Requirements
Must:
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
- Capable of thriving in an agile work environment with multiple projects
- Proficient in essential development tools such as Python and SQL
- Familiarity with generative AI frameworks and machine learning libraries
- Understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and deep learning architectures
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and their implementations
- Experience with business intelligence tools
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in data science, analytics, data engineering, or software engineering, or 3+ years developing and deploying machine learning or AI models
- GCP certification is highly preferred
- Familiarity with GitHub and CI/CD processes is advantageous
- Experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face is preferred

Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI solutions using Google Cloud AI and Salesforce AI platforms
- Train and optimize models to enhance performance, scalability, and accuracy
- Collaborate with stakeholders to grasp business requirements and uncover opportunities for AI solutions
- Assess training data for new initiatives to ensure quality data sources
- Partner with IT engineering and operations teams to integrate and implement new solutions within business systems
- Establish testing and consistent monitoring programs to enhance deployed model reliability and accuracy
- Conduct pilot projects to validate new modeling approaches as proposed by business partners
- Oversee components of business partner-led initiatives and lead internal projects aimed at process and operational improvements
- Perform business intelligence analysis and generate reports
- Stay informed on advancements in generative AI and machine learning technologies

With a diverse team of data scientists, software engineers, and a project manager, we are building new capabilities within Google Cloud. This position requires onsite presence three days a week and offers opportunities for training in Salesforce tools, alongside the excitement of working with cutting-edge technologies.
