Requirements
Must:
- High School diploma or GED
- Over 5 years of experience in technical writing, particularly related to DoD Technical Documents preparation and editing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Teams applications
- Familiarity with S-1000-D formatting
- Background in administrative functions
- U.S. Citizenship with an active and current Secret Clearance
Responsibilities
- Create and refine content for reports, briefs, and various technical publications
- Structure materials and fulfill writing tasks adhering to standards of organization, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology
- Execute technical writing duties under the guidance of senior writers or supervisors using designated formats and reference materials
- Gather and integrate technical data from engineering and production teams to review documentation, ensuring comprehension necessary for writing assignments
- Occasionally handle independent projects that involve research and preparation of briefing slides and other presentation formats
- Support administrative tasks and additional assistance as needed

This onsite role offers the opportunity to work closely with our engineers and production staff on critical military technical data products.
