Requirements
Must:
- 6+ years of experience in writing and editing technical documentation
- Interagency Training Center (ITC) TSCM Certification is required
- Must complete a minimum of 40 hours of discipline-specific development or refresher training each fiscal year
- Should meet basic training requirements within one year of assignment to access DoD networks, attaining and maintaining baseline certification for DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Technician Level II (IAT2) compliance
- Telephone security experience is a plus
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred
- Post-graduate degree in a relevant discipline is advantageous
- Credentialed graduate of an accredited federal or DoD CI training academy is desirable
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM), Foreign Visit, Gift Inspection, Digital Counterexploitation, and Technical Evaluation tasks
- Ensure all operations and training adhere to national and agency policies and objectives of the TSCM program
- Provide expert technical advice for facilities, including specialized risk assessments and security plans
- Analyze complex security issues to ensure compliance with ICD 705 and DoD standards
- Identify weaknesses in physical and acoustical security and propose cost-effective solutions
- Conduct Radio Frequency (RF) searches and assess electronic equipment for vulnerabilities
- Prepare and produce required documents, briefings, and detailed threat reports according to customer specifications
