Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or 4+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
- Over 7 years of experience in managing cybersecurity and/or network engineering projects.
- Proven background in Cybersecurity Operations, Cybersecurity Engineering, and/or IT Security Audit.
- Experience with system troubleshooting and break-fix activities.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
- Working knowledge of Splunk and its enterprise applications.
- Active PMP Certification is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the teams efforts to ensure tasks are executed effectively.
- Ensure proper implementation of activities necessary to meet project goals.
- Actively participate in project definition, development, and system enhancements.
- Ensure adherence to established cybersecurity protocols and standards.
- Effectively communicate project status to leadership and senior external stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver formal project progress reviews to Government stakeholders.
- Develop and implement solutions to enhance system performance and maintenance efficiency.
