Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 20 years of experience as a Systems Engineer in programs and contracts of comparable scope, type, and complexity.
- Proven experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering initiatives.
- Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- An additional 5 years of Systems Engineering experience may substitute for a Bachelors degree.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with Risk Management Framework.
- Experience in implementing business processes, including designing, developing, integrating, testing, and deploying ServiceNow-based software solutions.
- Experience in managing ServiceNow Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) and Information Technology Business Management (ITBM) development and integrations.
- Certification in ServiceNow Administration is preferred.
- Skilled in creating customized dashboards and reports is a plus.
- Must be a US citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance and Polygraph.
Responsibilities
- Review and assess Authorization Services processes, procedures, practices, and technical solutions.
- Collaborate with government representatives to determine requirements, constraints, schedules, and workloads.
- Offer recommendations for modernizing policies, procedures, practices, and solutions related to authorization services.
- Create and maintain documentation supporting life-cycle hardware maintenance and associated processes.
- Develop technical solutions aimed at enhancing, modernizing, and improving all IT infrastructure services with necessary government approvals.
- Evaluate applications for requirements, capabilities, programming languages, and other attributes in preparation for system migrations.
- Provide collaboration and information-sharing tools and repositories to facilitate outreach, training, and awareness of client activities, ensuring product availability for all stakeholders.
- Conduct analyses and develop processes while sharing deliverables to increase knowledge among mission stakeholders.
