Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in software testing
- Proven experience in testing and debugging COTS/GOTS software
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; capable of identifying edge cases
- Adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated success as both an individual contributor and a collaborative team member
- Active/Current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive software testing, both manual and automated
- Test application functionalities to ensure cybersecurity compliance and protection against threats
- Improve software testing capabilities for our customers GOTS applications
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all software testing-related activities
- Acquire knowledge of applications and develop test cases for newly added features
- Execute regression testing to ensure the products integrity
- Document failed tests with clear screenshots/graphics and descriptions
- Attend user forums to gain insight into users experiences and issues with the applications
- Work closely with developers to address and verify fixes for identified bugs or defects
