Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in a relevant field
- Over 7 years of experience in technical leadership
- Proficient in explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, both verbally and in writing
- Solid understanding of Information Assurance, desktop deployment, network principles, and unified communications
- CompTIA Security+ Certification (preferred)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) (preferred)
- Familiarity with IT ticket management systems, such as ServiceNow (preferred)
- Experience with large-scale enterprise IT contracts (preferred)
- Must hold a current/active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
Responsibilities
- Direct and manage a distinguished team of subject matter experts supporting Field Service Operations for service delivery within defined SLAs
- Collaborate with Frame Leads to design, sustain, and enhance the services provided
- Supervise the preparation of Technical Insertion submissions, Statements of Work (SOW), and resource requirement documentation for SME-level support
- Manage the selection and testing of hardware to meet new requirements, including end-of-life hardware replacement and necessary software
- Engage in initiatives aimed at service improvement
- Conduct or oversee interviews to ensure adequate staffing
- Identify and implement improvement strategies while participating in special program initiatives
- Facilitate program and customer meetings to drive Frame and Program success
- Provide support for refresh projects, Walkout, CSIR, engineering support/field testing, enterprise SLA compliance, and other assigned tasks
- Possible travel to meet program objectives as required
