Requirements
Must:
- A bachelors degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience in Russian defense analysis and formal research
- Proven experience in Red Team operations and Wargaming at both strategic and operational levels
- Strong background in OSINT research, collection management, or analysis involving PAI or social media targeting Russian entities
- Familiarity with military, geopolitical, and political-military aspects of Russia
- Proficient in researching and leveraging global and regional social media and digital platforms
- Advanced knowledge of Internet-based research methods, including Boolean logic and search engine resources
- Experience in crafting and presenting briefs to senior-level audiences
- An active, current TS/SCI security clearance is required
Responsibilities
- Analyze Russian strategies using multi-domain intelligence to assess the beliefs, capabilities, methodologies, and tactics of designated adversaries
- Examine the infrastructure of Russian adversarial entities to identify critical approaches and support requirements
- Anticipate adversarial actions and intentions that may affect US and allied national security and other vital areas
- Evaluate ongoing and future military developments, capabilities, and doctrines within Russia
- Supply strategic intelligence for operations, planning, training exercises, and policy on the Russian context
- Research, write, and coordinate comprehensive threat assessments that validate intelligence from various reliable sources
- Collaborate with Red Team entities and other organizations to verify hypotheses and scrutinize information gaps
