Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience (minimum 8 years in DoD program security, with 2 additional years as an alternative to degree)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft O365 applications
- Strong collaboration skills with demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Capability to thrive in high-pressure environments while adhering to tight deadlines
- In-depth knowledge of security protocols related to Department of Defense, Navy, and Marine Corps, especially concerning SCIF development and accreditation
- Must possess an active DoD Top Secret/SCI Clearance
- Basic understanding of DoD Acquisitions is desirable
Responsibilities
- Support the creation and accreditation of SCIF and/or SAP-F designated environments, including developing and executing Construction Security Plans
- Facilitate TEMPEST accreditations and coordinate ongoing compliance with Accreditation Officials
- Oversee the establishment, implementation, and evaluation of policies and procedures designed to safeguard classified information
- Assist in conducting physical security assessments, surveys, and inspections
- Simultaneously manage various development and accreditation projects, ensuring effective oversight of schedules, performance, risks, and sustainment activities
- Liaise with community stakeholders and regulatory bodies as necessary
- Prepare and deliver reports, briefings, and documentation to update team members and stakeholders on the progress of the Accredited Solutions program
