Requirements
Must:
- Associates degree in any field
- Over 2 years of experience in administrative duties, program analysis, or project analysis supporting the United States Navy
- U.S. Citizenship with the capacity to obtain and maintain an active Secret security clearance
- Ability to secure an interim Secret clearance prior to joining
Responsibilities
- Assess existing subcontract workflows to pinpoint inefficiencies and implement targeted process enhancements for improved procurement efficacy
- Convert program-level mission requirements into actionable technical specifications and detailed Statements of Work (SOW) to streamline acquisition timelines
- Perform evaluations of procurement activities and team dynamics to ensure vendor outputs are strictly aligned with program objectives
- Serve as a highly visible operational link between government clients, senior leadership, and external partners to address scheduling issues
- Create and standardize documentation procedures to enhance transparency and ensure readiness for audits across the program
- Lead regular Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and present strategic updates on resource status and supply chain risk management
