Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or 4+ years of relevant experience in place of a degree.
- Over 7 years of IT experience.
- Understanding of Identity, Access, and Credentialing services, along with PKI protocols.
- Proficient in using ticketing systems like JIRA and ServiceNow to manage tasks.
- Experience in handling sensitive PII data in a secure setting.
- Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and SharePoint for documentation purposes.
- Ability to work flexible hours between 7 AM ET and 5 PM ET.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to a dedicated team at a government site for DEERS PII modifications, CAC, Token, and Retired Military ID issuance.
- Oversee Identity, Access, and Credentialing challenges while delivering high-quality support in a customer-focused atmosphere.
- Efficiently resolve ServiceNow and JIRA tickets to tackle technical access and credentialing issues.
- Collaborate to achieve project milestones and team goals through technical assistance.
- Offer technical insights for project deliverables, status updates, and solutions to intricate security concerns.
- Conduct routine troubleshooting to identify and resolve customer issues related to PKI and system access.
