Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution with 7 years of experience in wargaming modeling and simulation. - Practical expertise with Modeling & Simulation frameworks (e.g., AFSIM, Command Professional Edition, and other M&S platforms) and database management. - Proven ability to convert complex conceptual designs into functional technical systems and operational scenarios. - Advanced experience with government-issued M&S software and analog wargame design tools is preferred. - Familiarity with Marine Corps operational principles and future force design concepts is advantageous. - Demonstrated experience collaborating with military, civilian, and contractor teams to achieve analytical outcomes. - Must possess a current/active TS/SCI security clearance with the eligibility to obtain SAP. - Capability to maintain a stationary position for 50% of the time and to occasionally move within the office environment for communication and access to resources.

- Execute technical tasks related to Data Collection and Analysis Plans (DCAP) by crafting custom scripts to automate the extraction and formatting of raw simulation data for the analysis team. - Develop new models to depict emerging or conceptual capabilities, while refining existing models to align with specific wargame design requirements, ensuring accurate implementation within the simulation framework. - Convert conceptual scenario designs into functional, executable scenarios within advanced simulation platforms (e.g., AFSIM) and manage simulation clients during execution. - Act as the technical authority for constructing and customizing simulation environments, conducting operational tests of models and tools to enhance gameplay and effectiveness. - Ensure the reliability of wargame architectures to generate high-fidelity data while maintaining technical archive databases for current and future models. - Maintain hands-on proficiency with government-provided M&S software (e.g., AFSIM), analog wargame design tools, and other technologies integrated into the wargaming process.

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring the technical architecture of wargames is robust and effective, while directly influencing the tools utilized to prepare Marines for future combat scenarios.
