Requirements
Must:
- High School Diploma with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, OR an Associates degree with at least 6 years of experience, OR a Bachelors degree with 4 years of experience
- Certification in Component Mission Administration (CMA)
- Proficiency in Windows Active Directory
- Capability to troubleshoot technical issues and address queries through various channels including phone, in-person, ticketing systems, or instant messaging related to hardware, software, network, access, or telecommunications
- Proven technical and problem-solving skills to tackle critical IT challenges
- Experience supporting Windows and business applications within an enterprise framework
- Knowledge of desktop programs, configuration, and debugging strategies
- Familiarity with virus scanning, standalone desktop and laptop services, alongside troubleshooting capabilities for servers, printers, and peripheral devices
Responsibilities
- Employ ITIL-based protocols to optimize the receipt, assessment, classification, resolution, and action for incoming incidents, requests, and demands for Mission Partner and Restricted Handling/PRIVY Administration
- Manage incoming requests for access administration, virus scanning, standalone desktops, laptops, computing services, servers, printers, and peripheral services
- Facilitate data transfer services and provide administrative access to applications and databases, including support for tools requiring sensitive data management
- Monitor and update tracking systems used for trouble reporting and access management
- Analyze, troubleshoot, design, and implement solutions without necessitating escalation to Tier 3 support
- Conduct basic user training for standard applications and office software, as well as custom tools based on the offices needs
- Perform remote desktop triage and system repairs utilizing remote access tools
- Work closely with network services, software engineering, and/or application development teams to restore services and identify issues
- Adhere to a scheduled shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with rotating coverage from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; on-call support may be required
