Requirements

Must:
- High School Diploma or equivalent education - 3+ years of experience in clerical or customer service support for DoD employees - Must obtain CompTIA Security+ or another DoD 8570 baseline IAT 2 certification within 6 months of hire - Must be a U.S. Citizen with a current or active TS/SCI clearance and the ability to pass a polygraph - Prior experience with ServiceNow ticketing platform is preferred
