Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree OR Associates degree with 2+ years of additional experience OR High School Diploma with 4+ years of additional experience
- Over 9 years of direct experience in the customers operational IT environment
- Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
- Proven capability to lead diverse, multi-skilled teams and partner organizations for large-scale enterprise IT refresh projects
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure environments and technology refresh initiatives
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management abilities
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of end-to-end IT Refresh program initiatives, responsible for on-time delivery per the integrated master schedule
- Develop, sustain, and manage a comprehensive master schedule, handling dependencies, critical paths, resource planning, and deployment sequencing across IT and business teams
- Administer IT refresh work utilizing Agile/Scrum methodologies by organizing sprint planning, managing task backlogs, leading daily status meetings, and conducting post-sprint reviews to ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Supervise and coordinate all projects within the PMO portfolio to ensure adherence to planning processes, execution standards, governance requirements, and delivery expectations
- Identify and mitigate project risks, manage cross-project dependencies, and resource limitations while resolving issues promptly and escalating with data-backed recommendations as needed
- Travel locally between customer locations as required
- Have supervisory duties, including but not limited to: interviewing, hiring, career development, timecard management, performance discussions, compensation planning, and requisition creation
