Requirements
Must:
- Over 11 years of experience with a Bachelors Degree in any discipline; OR over 15 years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Proficiency in distinct functional or cross-functional analysis and assessment methods and corresponding tools.
- Certification in ITIL, Six Sigma, CMMI, or ISO preferred
- Experience in guiding and supporting staff activities within the relevant field or discipline.
- Skilled in developing new processes and documenting enhancements, capable of leading implementation initiatives. Experienced in collaborating with executive-level clients.
- TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Poly.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to the GEOINT Training and Professional GEOINT Enterprise Directorate and GEOCOM Performance Management activities.
- Create concept of operations (CONOPs) and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to assist with GEOINT Training, Community Governance Office, or GEOCOM mission tasks.
- Utilize process improvement, reengineering techniques, and best practice methodologies to design and execute process enhancements.
- Conduct analyses, evaluations, and assessments that will lead to recommendations for system optimizations, development efforts, and operational sustainment of IT systems and processes. Oversee analysis evaluations and quality checks to ensure effective implementation of programs and systems specifications.
- Set performance metrics and analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
