Requirements
Must:
- High School Diploma with 8 years of experience, or an Associates Degree with 6 years of experience, or a Bachelors Degree with 4 years of experience, including 4 years of direct knowledge of the customers operational environment such as ticketing systems, installations, desktop technologies, corporate applications, access administration, and voice and video infrastructure.
- Direct familiarity with the customers operational landscape, including ticketing systems and desktop technologies.
- Proven experience in managing teams with diverse skill sets in direct support of clients.
- Established ability to foster and maintain positive relationships with customers, stakeholders, technical teams, and contractors throughout the client base.
- Capability to understand project statuses and propose solutions to any challenges.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple teams of Enterprise IT Support Technicians while enhancing and refining incident management processes to maximize response efficiency and improve incident resolution.
- Serve as the primary contact for all IT incident-related activities, ensuring incidents are resolved promptly.
- Analyze straightforward issues and utilize judgment and experience to explore possible solutions.
- Oversee IT incident execution and prioritization as part of supervisory responsibilities, and perform HR functions such as interviewing, hiring, professional development, performance evaluation, compensation planning, and requisition creation as needed.
- Collaborate with Location Support Center Project Managers and key stakeholders to address scheduling conflicts and resource limitations.
- Support customer Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as required by the program.
- Engage in local travel between customer facilities or temporarily work at alternate locations to assist with special projects.
