Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree or higher in Operations Research, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Over 7 years of progressively responsible experience in social science or workforce analytics-related domains.
- Proficiency in conducting both qualitative and quantitative data analysis using descriptive and inferential statistics such as ANOVA, t-tests, and regression modeling.
- Proven ability to extract and synthesize complex information for preparing briefings, read-aheads, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experienced with data science and visualization tools, particularly Tableau, alongside Python, R, or SQL.
- Knowledge of human capital data pertaining to promotion, attrition rates, and internal churn within an EEO framework.
Responsibilities
- Conducting primary and secondary data gathering and analysis, interpreting analytic results, and formulating vetted recommendations for senior leadership.
- Developing and utilizing queries from HRIS systems and business intelligence tools such as Python, R, SQL, and Tableau.
- Collaborating with EEO personnel to deliver demographic-focused workforce analytics for organizational oversight and federal reporting.
- Analyzing workforce metrics and employee sentiment to identify and report on triggers and obstacles to equal employment opportunities.
- Presenting analytic findings visually and textually to convey complex insights to both technical and non-technical audiences at all organizational levels.
- Assisting with annual, quarterly, and ad hoc internal and external reporting requirements by preparing briefings and strategic staff materials.
- Engaging in internal and external working groups and meetings concerning workforce demographic data and project management.
