Cloud Support Engineer - AWS/Azure

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field - Four (4) years of additional relevant experience may be considered in place of a bachelors degree - An associates degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field along with two (2) years of additional relevant experience may substitute for a bachelors degree - AWS Cloud Practitioner or Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) can each replace 0.5 years of experience - CompTIA Security+, ITIL Foundation, CompTIA Network+, or CompTIA A+: each can replace 1 year of experience - AWS Solutions Architect Associate, Azure Administrator, Google Cloud Engineer, Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Linux+ Professional, Azure Solutions Architect (AZ-305), Google Professional Cloud Architect, or CISSP: each can substitute for 2 years of experience - Other relevant certifications may each substitute 0.5 years of experience - Proficient in Linux system administration, including command-line management, networking, and service operations - Experience in Kubernetes environments, including container management, basic troubleshooting, and deployment verification - Familiarity with ticketing, alerting, and incident response tools - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to clearly convey technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Proven ability to prioritize, manage, and resolve multiple incidents effectively under pressure
