Audio Visual Systems Engineer

- Independently assess, design, document, install, implement, test, and troubleshoot AVMM End User Devices and associated networks. - Oversee a diverse range of AVMM and computer network systems and components. - Assist in the integration of a comprehensive AVMM network, including planning, installation, maintenance, and management. - Monitor and support existing AVMM devices (such as IPTV and various conference rooms) and network infrastructure to ensure seamless and efficient operations. - Identify, evaluate, and formulate detailed requirements for enhancements to AVMM networks, including re-architecting network segments for new technologies and growth. - Analyze existing products and recommend improvements to senior management. - Compile and update documentation related to problem and change management. - Ensure timely and accurate documentation of daily tasks and projects following standard procedures. - Diagnose and resolve complex operational challenges within the constraints of existing equipment. - Potentially lead a small team in executing larger projects (modernization, refresh, etc.). - Travel approximately 20% for service-related needs; opportunities to support work at various locations, including both domestic and international travel (excluding hostile areas).
