Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or a High School Diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in programming with Python
- Experience in developing and training machine learning or deep learning models
- Familiarity with modern machine learning frameworks and tools
- Knowledge of model evaluation, validation, and monitoring techniques
- Must possess an active/current TS/SCI with polygraph clearance
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for at least 50% of the time
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and train advanced machine learning and deep learning models, including LLMs, CNNs, or Transformers, for specific business applications
- Create metrics to assess model performance and monitor deployed models to prevent decay or drift
- Collaborate closely with program areas and software engineers to integrate AI capabilities into our core products
