Requirements
Must:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- Proven track record in gathering information from subject matter experts and translating complex content into clear, accurate, and well-organized documentation.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong capacity to ensure consistency, clarity, and adherence to established style guides and organizational standards.
- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple documentation projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high quality across all outputs.
Responsibilities
- Independently collect information from subject matter experts to create, organize, and compose procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation.
- Collaborate with development and support leads to identify documentation repositories, revise and edit content, and recommend optimal solutions for data compilation and centralized storage.
- Research, develop, and maintain information architecture templates that meet organizational and legal standards, facilitating easy migration.
- Create content in various media formats to enhance usability while ensuring a consistent and cohesive voice across all documentation.
- Verify that published documents comply with the standards outlined in the organizations style guide.
- Maintain and propose revisions to the style guide as necessary.
